This notice explains how fit20 Leicester Birstall collects and uses your personal information when you visit this website, make an enquiry or train with us.
Who we are
fit20 Leicester Birstall is run by NKP Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14108575), trading as fit20 Leicester Birstall, 143 Sibson Road, Birstall, Leicester LE4 4ND. We operate under a franchise from fit20 UK. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, what you'd like from fit20, when you could usually train, how you heard about us, the name of any member who referred you, and anything you choose to tell us in the message box.
That message box may include information about your health, such as injuries or medical conditions. This is special category data under UK data protection law. Only share it if you are happy to. We use it solely to make sure your free session is safe and suitable for you, and we rely on your explicit consent to process it.
We also record technical details about the enquiry: the page you were on, the time, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, from a Facebook advert).
How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry and book your free introductory session.
- To prepare a safe, personalised first session.
- To understand which of our advertising and referrals bring people to us.
- If you become a member, to manage your membership, training records and payments.
Our lawful bases are your consent (the tick box on the form, which you can withdraw at any time), the steps needed before entering a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running and promoting the studio. We do not sell your information, and we will not send you marketing you have not agreed to.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the website and manage enquiries. They act on our instructions and must keep your information secure.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards approved under UK law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
If you enquire but don't join, we keep your enquiry for up to 24 months, then delete it. If you join, we keep your membership and training records for as long as you are a member and for up to 6 years afterwards, for accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to have it transferred to you or another organisation, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email birstall@fit20.co.uk. We'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them but does not set cookies. If we add website analytics or advertising measurement (such as the Meta Pixel or Google Analytics), we will update this section and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
